Peter Hawkes is very familiar with Maine's magnificent coast, lakes and unique winter resorts. The early '80s were spent sailing the coast of Maine while working for Sabre Yachts in production and sales capacities. Additional responsibilites included maintaining a Sabre 36 and Sabre 38 for race, show, or delivery. He joined Peter Webber in 1985 developing and selling trailside condominiums and private homes at Sugarloaf / USA -- skiing while raising a family. Through the nineties, Peter worked with ANANIA  Associates providing valuations and brokerage services for businesses throughout Maine. He has been selling Maine recreational, residential, and investment properties ever since.



Peter is pleased to be affiliated with RE/MAX By The Bay in Portland. He is well qualified in negotiating, financing and closing real estate transactions and looks forward to servicing your real estate needs. A graduate of the University of Maine, Peter and his family reside in Portland and regularly enjoy both Sugarloaf and the Coast of Maine.
